About this event
Now presented by the City of Monroe, the Monroe Christmas Parade will start on Sunday, November 22 at 2 p.m. in historic downtown Monroe. Rain or shine. Registration for participants opens September 24.
New this year: a Sensory Area
For the first time, the parade will include a Sensory Area, a quieter stretch designed for guests with sensory sensitivities. Running roughly one block, from the corner of E. Jefferson and N. Church Street to the turn onto E. Franklin Street, the zone asks participants to lower music and noise so that every family, including those for whom a loud parade can be overwhelming, has a place to enjoy the day.
Listed by CitySpark: Monroe, NC, gathered by the Fort Mill events calendar.
