Sound Healing Ceremony
Join us for a transformative one-hour Sound Healing Ceremony at Palestra, designed to soothe your nervous system and release the stresses of the workweek. These sessions will be led by Katie Sutton and Josh Vogt of Zen Within Academy, merging ancient sound healing practices with modern vibrational therapy to create a deeply restorative experience.

What to Expect: Relax and unwind as you are enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. Katie Sutton will guide you through breathwork and meditation to enhance your journey toward inner peace and balance. Lie comfortably on a yoga mat or blanket and allow the soothing sounds to wash over you, fostering deep relaxation and nervous system healing.
✨ What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for maximum comfort.
