Join us for a very special evening featuring a multi-course meal from Chef Vinnie Cimino of ROSY in Cleveland, OH, and Leluia Hall’s Executive Chef Chris Rogienski.

Your dinner ticket includes an exclusive family-style meal curated by the two chefs:

COURSE 1 – Chef Chris

🍞 Bread: apple roll, onion butter

COURSE 2 – Chef Vinnie

🥗 Salad: pickled walleye cheek, potato, sweet onion soubise, lemon relish, herbs

COURSE 3

🧡 Masa Gnocchi: oxtail, butternut squash, ginger (Chef Chris)

🐷 Pork Neck: melted lardo, golden raisin, castelvetrano olive conserva (Chef Vinnie)

🥬 Brussels Almondine: brown butter, toasted almonds, parmigiano reggiano (Chef Chris)

Leluia Hall’s full beverage menu will be available a la carte. The regular dinner menu will not available this evening.

ROSY is an open-fire neighborhood restaurant in Ohio City from Food & Wine Best New Chef and two-time James Beard Award finalist, Vinnie Cimino and Andrew Watts, following their first restaurant, Cordelia, in downtown Cleveland.
