Target Audience: Tanya Hall from United Healthcare will assist community members with general health insurance questions, enrollment, and navigating state/federal updates. She provides assistance for people from the ages of 0-64 years old and can help enroll members into the NYS Of Health Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Essential Plan programs Income Eligibility: Is Based Upon Household size: Examples are 1 single person can make up to $31,980 gross per year. 2 people Ex: A mother and a Child income can be up to $43,280 Gross Per Year Employer-Sponsored Insurance: Working individuals who currently pay for coverage through an employer may still qualify for free coverage, depending on family size and income.
