About this event
Take a break, recharge, and get ready for the week ahead! Self-Care Sundays is a series of programs featuring fun educational activities related to the menstrual cycle, self-care sessions, and a welcoming space to relax, connect, and reset. Come hang out, learn something new, and leave feeling refreshed. This program will be provided by University City Regional staff and members of the UNC Charlotte Period Club.
