About this event

Baduk (Go) Meetup

Come join us for a casual Baduk (Go) meetup! Whether you're completely new to the game or already an experienced player, everyone is welcome.

What is Baduk (Go)? Go is an ancient strategy board game that originated in China and is especially popular in East Asia. Players take turns placing black and white stones on a grid, with the goal of surrounding territory and capturing your opponent's stones. The rules are simple to learn, but the game has enormous strategic depth.

What to expect:

• Learn how to play Go if you're a beginner

• Play casual games with other attendees

• Practice your skills and learn new strategies

• Meet other people interested in Go

No experience is required! Come give one of the world's oldest and most strategically rich board games a try.
