What if the stories we have known all our lives contain a deeper meaning?

On the First Sunday of Advent, join me for an intimate True Star Salon exploring the mysteries of Christ Consciousness, the hidden symbolism of the Bible and the ancient Gnostic teachings.

Together, we will journey beyond the familiar interpretations and explore the deeper symbolism surrounding Christ — “the Anointed One,” sacred oil and anointing, the body as temple, the Kingdom within, Sacred Union, death and rebirth, and the awakening of the Inner Light.

We will look at teachings from the Bible alongside early Gnostic writings, including the Gospel of Thomas and Gospel of Philip , while exploring some of the mystical and esoteric interpretations that have developed around these teachings.

As we enter Advent — traditionally a time of preparing for the coming of the light — we will bring the mysteries back to ourselves:

Our evening will include teaching, conversation and reflection, a beautiful three-course dinner prepared by Thea , and a sacred anointing experience. You will create your own Sacred Anointing Oil to take home with you for the Advent season.
