And we’re back! For Pairing #27, we're going to step back a bit and talk about what makes certain wines better "food wines" than others. Think of it as pairing 101. We'll give you some of our own tips and tricks for how we approach the "what goes with this" conversations we have on a daily basis in our respective shops, especially with the holidays ahead.

As always, Rachel at Orrman's will be thoughtfully pairing each wine with cheese to show how acidity, texture, and structure can either contrast or amplify flavor. Tickets required — these evenings sell out early.
