Sacred Roots Men’s Group

About this event

Sacred Roots is happy to host our men’s group offering for male community members. The group meets every other Wednesday 7-9pm (arrive at 6:30pm for optional drumming).

Men of all ages (18+) and backgrounds are invited to join in a conversation grounded in trust, vulnerability and community to explore our life’s experience through our own stories and those of our brothers. We will gather to co-create a container offering support and accountability for one another, providing a safe space to lean into showing up with integrity in our own lives.

"We become visible and real when we give our gift and stop waiting for the gift to be given to us."

- David Whyte
