About this event
Ballet Fundamentals introduces ballet to the beginning student. Work includes elementary barre work, stretches and elementary center work designed to help in the development of posture, muscle strength, and coordination, self-awareness, musicality, and self-discipline. This class moves like a slow flow yoga class and is perfect for beginners all the way up to professionals who want to return to the basics. Ages: 14+ Drop-in: $20 Class Card: 8 ($125) or 20 ($250) *Professional rate available upon request at Front Desk
