- ➤ On April 14, 2025, the York County Planning Commission approved six major rezoning & development proposals that affect projects on Sutton Road, Holler Estates, Newport Commons, Mt Gallant Road, Highway 160 W, and Corporate Blvd. Applicants met staff recommendations with some conditions, setting plans in motion for changes across these areas. - ➤ Fort Mill Police Department will move its headquarters from 112 Confederate Street to the new Town Hall office at 205 North White Street on April 21, and the current location will remain open until April 20 for public service.
