- ➤ At its April 15 meeting, the Fort Mill School District Board reviewed a proposed 2025–26 General Fund Budget that calls for a 21.2 mill tax increase to cover rising costs and support teacher pay and retention—plans include future meetings to refine the proposal and begin a superintendent search with applications due April 28 and a new hire expected by July.
