- ➤ WalletHub today released a report showing that South Carolina ranks 6th in overall student debt, with average borrower debt over $39,000; the report also noted that the state ranks 5th for student debt as a percentage of income—additional metrics cover loan default rates and student job availability. - ➤ On Thursday, the Nation Ford Falcons girls team beat Clover 3-0 with set scores of 25-16, 25-18 and 25-18 while the Catawba Ridge Copperheads boys team won 3-0 over Rock Hill to remain undefeated in 5A-Region 3 play. Fort Mill’s Yellow Jackets boys team won a five-set match against Indian Land to improve their record to 5-7 overall and 2-3 regionally—each result boosts the teams' standings. Tega Cay Sun
