- ➤ HGTV announced a sweepstakes for the Dream Home 2026, a waterfront masterpiece on Lake Wylie designed by Brian Patrick Flynn and built by Knotts Builders. - ➤ Residents can avoid landfills by repurposing stripped Christmas trees via community recycling programs like Grinding of the Greens, which will turn trees into mulch, or through backyard projects such as wildlife shelters, garden insulation, and using wood in an outdoor fire pit + that prevents fire hazards.
